1. Termless Exchange and Return Conditions:
ย  1.1 Product can be exchanged or returned, on condition that the packaging is in good condition. (Chinese import tariff and freight fees are on customerโ€™s account)
ย  1.2 Product can be exchanged or returned, on condition that the product received is not complied with the required one, and the packaging is in good condition.(Freight fees are on T-motorโ€™s account)
ย  1.3 Product does not operate normally, and the fault is found to be with the quality upon inspection by the technician. (Freight fees are on T-motorโ€™s account)

Remarks: For the case of return, we will contact customer about refund within 5 working days upon the receipt of product.

2. Compensable Serviceย  (Freight fees are on customerโ€™s account)
Product will experience warranty void on any of the following conditions. Any cost incurred will be on customerโ€™s account.

ย  1) Damage to Motor or ESC resulting from misoperation or improper propeller match.ย 
ย  2) Damage to MOTOR or ESC resulting from misoperation or short circuit of line and phase.
ย  3) Damage to MOTOR or ESC resulting from userโ€™s refit, disassembly and case-opening etc.
ย  4) Damage to MOTOR , ESC or PROPS resulting from overloaded flight.ย 
ย  5) Damage to MOTOR or ESC resulting from flight in extreme weather.ย 
ย  6) Damage to MOTOR , ESC or PROPS resulting from misoperation as to crash or hit etc.ย 
ย  7) Product(s) that expire(s) the warranty period.
