1. Termless Exchange and Return Conditions:
ย 1.1 Product can be exchanged or returned, on condition that the packaging is in good condition. (Chinese import tariff and freight fees are on customerโs account)
ย 1.2 Product can be exchanged or returned, on condition that the product received is not complied with the required one, and the packaging is in good condition.(Freight fees are on T-motorโs account)
ย 1.3 Product does not operate normally, and the fault is found to be with the quality upon inspection by the technician. (Freight fees are on T-motorโs account)
Remarks: For the case of return, we will contact customer about refund within 5 working days upon the receipt of product.
2. Compensable Serviceย (Freight fees are on customerโs account)
Product will experience warranty void on any of the following conditions. Any cost incurred will be on customerโs account.
ย 1) Damage to Motor or ESC resulting from misoperation or improper propeller match.ย
ย 2) Damage to MOTOR or ESC resulting from misoperation or short circuit of line and phase.
ย 3) Damage to MOTOR or ESC resulting from userโs refit, disassembly and case-opening etc.
ย 4) Damage to MOTOR , ESC or PROPS resulting from overloaded flight.ย
ย 5) Damage to MOTOR or ESC resulting from flight in extreme weather.ย
ย 6) Damage to MOTOR , ESC or PROPS resulting from misoperation as to crash or hit etc.ย
ย 7) Product(s) that expire(s) the warranty period.
